A New Year

It's amazing to think of all that has happened in the last year. Prepare for picture overload.

I spent 3 months in Europe, traveling and eating to my heart's content. I visited 4 countries, countless cities, and ate way more pizza and pasta than anyone should. I met some incredible new friends and cant wait to see how God continues to lead each of them.

I got engaged to my favorite person in the simplest and most perfect way.

I started a second job that continues to help me see God's work in the lives of those around me.

I graduated college after 3 and a half wonderful years at Azusa Pacific University. God immensely blessed me with a school and teachers who truly believe in letting God work through our professions.

I got married in the most beautiful (and freezing) December mountain wedding. Seeing the love and support from everyone who is a part of our lives was incredible.

And here I am, reflecting on the beauty God has shown me in 2014. I cannot wait to see all that he has in store for us in 2015!

Sister Visits Italy: Villa d'Este

Our last few days in Italy, my sister and I visited Villa d'Este which is in Tivoli. It has been made into a museum and the garden has over 500 fountains. It's breathtaking even in the rain and I loved walking around.

Sister Visits Italy: Borghese Zoo

One of our trips while my sister was in Rome was to the zoo in Borghese Park. It's always fun seeing animals from all over.

One of the trainers asked if we wanted a picture of the (then-sleeping) jaguar. We said sure. And he went up against the glass to play with him. So cute. 

Definitely some sort of huge fight between the lions. He was mad about something.

Sister Visits Italy: Night Tour

My last full week in Italy, my sister came to visit! It was so much fun having a little piece of home with me in Rome. We went on a night tour as a group which was supposed to happen our first week in Rome. But I loved being able to see all of the tourist sights at night one last time. And hearing random facts about them all of Kristen.
