Orvieto, Italy

This past weekend we spent Valentine's day in Orvieto, which is a city that sits atop a volcanic tuff. This gives it the most gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside. We spent the entire day wandering the back roads and alleyways of this quaint little town. I fell in love with the slow pace of the town and the absolutely incredible church. This fulfilled my images of what towns in Italy would be like. I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend and spent time with those they loved.
