During this field trip, we visited the famous Jewish Ghetto. Hearing our teacher describe the horrible conditions that the Jews lived in during the Roman Empire was crazy. This little neighborhood was beautiful and very close to the Tiber River.
The Jewish Synagogue has the only square shaped dome in order to distinguish itself from the many Christian churches in the city.
